Eisley was born the 29th of 1993, in Los Angeles California to musician David Glen Eisley and actress Olivia Hussey. Her half-brothers are from the two marriages her mother had. Her half-brother Alexander Martin from her mother's first marriage to Dean Paul Martin & Maximillian Fuse, her mother's second marriage to Akira Fuse. Anthony Eisley is her grandfather. Eisley played the role in Headspace, a 2005 film together with her mom, at age of 12 in Headspace. Eisley had small parts in various independent films prior to she was cast in The Secret Life of the American Teenager in the year 2008. The film featured her as Ashley Juergens' younger sister, Amy Juergens. The character Ashley recently got her GED then left to tour in the USA leaving Eisley at the liberty of filming other projects.
